Many new services have become available to bring older adults what they need to shelter-in-place and stay safe.

Featured Here 24/7 Here 24/7 is your front door to the addictions, mental health, and crisis services provided by 11 agencies across Waterloo Wellington. All you need to do is reach out to us. We'll work together with you to understand what you need and work to get you connected.

Featured Older Adult Peer Mentor Program Community Justice Initiatives ELDER MEDIATION SERVICE is providing service to older adults who are interested in having a peer mentor support them through this difficult COVID-19 period. We can help identify appropriate resources within the community that can assist you.

Featured Seniors Safety Line (SSL) The SSL provides contact and referral information for local agencies across the province that can assist in cases of elder abuse. Trained counsellors also provide safety planning and supportive counseling for older adults who are being abused or at-risk of abuse. Family members and service providers can also call for information about community services.
